Once again,a big Thank You Stephen, for the generosity of slipping these extra SFW Live classes. There is so much depth in the way you explain the moves & sounds, how it all relates to our bodies & our daily living.
You do it with such profundity and yet in such a light humorous manner. It is not often that we meet a teacher who expresses in a way that the students get to be in a clearer understanding of the totality & essence of a practice. This is wondrous poetry in motion,elegant & absolutely delightful to be connected with you.
Thank you for always being in a state of humble openness to acknowledge that you too, as a being, need to at times remind yourself to get into your state of power. I really feel the way you had described all the ’6 rights’… Right place,time,thing, way, people & results. Beautiful! Feeling blessed & with a grateful heart.
